Refund policy

At Mi Home Kenya, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

1. Return Window 

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

2. Return Conditions

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your product is defective or damaged during shipping, we offer a 100% refund or replacement.
  • Change of Mind / Exchanges: We accept returns for change of mind or exchanges (e.g., swapping a phone model) provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. 

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and security reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened electronics, personal care products (such as earbuds and earphones), or free gifts.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty Items: Mi Home Kenya will cover the return shipping costs if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Customer Remorse: The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs for exchanges or changes of mind.

4. Restocking Fee 

We do not charge a restocking fee for any returns.

5. Refund Process 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.

6. Order Cancellations 

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must be handled as a return.
